Default My fiance has erectile dysfunction and diabetes?

I'm getting married this year, and my fiance and I have worked through his ED and diabetes for the past 3 years. However, I am worried about 5-10 years from now as the diabetes progresses. I love him and want to be with him, and I totally empathize with him but, I dont want to spend my late 20's and 30's sexless. The sex pills (cialis) dont work and neither does the pump. This has been so humiliating for him. His endocrinologist has recommended all of the non-surgical options. We're averaging 1 erection about every 5 attempts. This alone isnt horrible--but will it continue to decrease as time goes on? Has anyone else experienced this? I'm 25 and he's 35.
