This happened to me. My doctor ordered a kidney biobsy at the hospital, which turned out normal for me and also has given me another blood pressure medicine to keep my blood pressure as close to normal as possible. So far we are still keeping an eye on my lab results.

i am not a doc, but i am almost positive this means that your mom is laking the enzyme that helps break down protein once ingested. if the body does not break down the protein like it should, it is passed through the kidneys and shows up in a urinalisis.
