Default my grandmother has big black spots on her feet and she also has been...

...eating ALOT of candy... is it diabetes? Please help... my family and i are very woried!!!!
Around her ankles are black... it hurts when she walks, the spots are BIG(they cover almost all her foot... she has trouble walking... she eats ALOT more candy then i do {im 13 n i eat alot...lol} her calves, ankles and feet were swelling... n e info wuld do just fine.... thanx : )

They may just be age spots. She needs to see a doctor to determine exactly what they are.

Oma has classic symtoms of diabetic nueropathy and reduced peripheral circultation. She needs to cease candy totally. She may need metformin for insulin resistance and a sulfonurea and or insulin. She should see a doctor immediately. She should exercise and reduce calories until her waist at the navel is less than one half her height.

I'd need more information, but you need to get her to a doctor. Diabetics can get gangrene and lose a limb (or their life). It could also be a diabetic ulcer. Make her see a doctor immediately.
