Default What are the Symptoms of Diabetes?

Of both types.
It runs in my family, so I just want to know a little bit more about it.

Type 1 and 2 both share similar symptoms.

One sign is when you wake up in the middle of night extremely thirsty. Or you feel really thirsty all the time.

If you have weight loss and you feel tired often, that goes hand in hand with type 1 diabetes. It happen because your pancreas stops making insulin.

If you feel numb in your hands and feet, that is also a sign of diabetes. It's called neuropathy.

Hai,

Well, if diabetes runs in your family there are maximum chances of you also getting it. Symptoms would be:

Frequent urination
Excessive thirst
Extreme hunger
Unusual weight loss
Increased fatigue
Irritability
Leg pain
Dry mouth
Cuts or sores that take long time to heal
Weakness or fatigue
Blurry vision

I would suggest the best way to get rid of the diabetes is by having a healthy diet, less sugar or no sugar, walking which is the most important thing.

cheers
