what are the symptoms of Hypoglycemia or Diabetes i have these

Urinating a lot
drinking a lot
shaking
feeling sick/headaches
blurred vision(on and off)
feeling like i am going to barf
and hungry a lot too

and can you please tell me about Hypoglycemia and diabetes or give me a website or anything that will help like the normal blood sugar level
