Default what can i eat if i have gestational diabetes?

specific examples of meals to eat at home and in a restaraunt

Talk to your ob/gyn or your regular doctor about getting to a dietician or nutritionist. Also, you might want to look into to consulting with your local health department, just to see what resources they have available.
There are also several great websites out there that will plan out meals for you based on your specific needs. I'm not sure as to the cost of these services though.

I would ask my ob/gyn that question. You don't want to get some know-it-all on here to give you false info. I mean, they might have good intentions, but this is your life and the life of your baby. Leave that kind of thing to your doc.

Your ob should have sent you to a nutrionist. I have diabetes and when I had both of my children I was on a specific diet. I had to watch my carb and sugar intake. Good luck to you with your pregnacy and baby when it comes!
