Default I have gestational diabetes and am insulin dependant. I am worried that my...

...diabetes is going to affect my baby and that he is going to be still born. My diabetes is controlled but I think not well enough- When I mention it the doc. they don't really do much.. Should I be worried? As of now my baby is 3lbs, not too big-
