Default Am I diabetic if my fasting blood sugar is 65, and after meals it spikes to up to...

...160? After exercising I have no energy and begin to feel faint, and I start to sweat even though I'm not hot. I know I need to see a doctor to find out if I'm diabetic, but does it sound like I am?

Default

sounds all normal to me.

65 is a perfect fasting blood sugar...maybe a little on the low side, but still good. blood sugars spiking up to nearly 200 after a meal are also quite normal in non diabetic people. as long as you don't have the 160 for a fasting blood sugar, you are in perfect range.
