Default my 7 year old dog with kidney failure

my 7 year old dog was diagnosed with pancreatitis and kidney failure. she hardly eats, and when she does, she throws it up. she is urinating where ever she is sitting. which is very unusual for her. the vet said that she can be flushed but it is only a temperary solution, that she is very sick. she suggested also that i could put her down. i don't know what to do. she is alert which makes it harder for me to decide. any suggestions?? i'm so indcisive about this. i don't want to let her go.
