So which is the right one to use? When buying a product, if it says wheat on the label, it that a good buy? What about sunflower seeds and other nuts? I found all kinds of ceral bars with 90 or 100 calories, is that a good ideal? What about the new "light" pringles chips? Can I dip the veg in any type of dip?
